All orders usually take anywhere from 4-7 days to process and ship.  Every order purchased thru the website will come with tracking.  You will get an updated email with tracking info once it is shipped.  Once your package leaves us it goes directly to our carrier so if you have any issues, please reach out to them.

Also, we do not offer refunds as every item is made specifically to your order options you choose.
